The YJ-0038 uses one seaming head and two rollers for first- and second-operation double seaming while the can body remains stationary. Tooling is confirmed from actual cans, ends and seam criteria.
Product Description
The YJ-0038 semi-automatic two-roller round can seamer closes round metal, PET and composite-paper cans. The operator places the can on the lifting support; the cycle raises it to the chuck, then the two rollers perform the first forming operation and the second tightening operation.
An old four-roller statement conflicted with the official machine evidence and has been corrected to two seaming rollers. The clean main image shows the same physical configuration, while the operation and finished-sample images are native crops from the same official 1080p run. No machine geometry was reconstructed and no low-resolution source was enlarged and represented as HD.
Final tooling depends on can diameter and height, lid type, body material and double-seam acceptance criteria. Actual cans and ends should be trialed, followed by seam-section and leak verification.

The YJ-0038 shown here uses two rollers: one for the first operation and one for the second operation.
Does the can rotate during seaming?
No. The can body remains stationary during the seaming process.
What is required for a trial?
Provide actual empty cans, ends, dimensions, material information and seam-section and leak acceptance criteria.
