The YJ-0105 uses a stainless-steel inline conveyor and roll-film heat sealing, with a reference output of 1,000-1,500 bottles/hour and a 50-250 mm sealing range.
Product Description
The YJ-0105 applies roll-stock foil to plastic jars, wide-mouth bottles and other rigid containers. Containers travel through a straight conveyor and positioning station while an independent unwinding system feeds the membrane into the thermal sealing assembly. This is not an electromagnetic induction process for foil liners inside caps.
The exact-model catalogue lists a reference output of 1,000-1,500 bottles/hour for a one-out-of-four configuration, a 50-250 mm sealing diameter and custom tooling for square or rectangular containers. The membrane should be 2-3 mm larger than the outermost bottle-mouth thread. Reference power is 500-1,000 W and reference dimensions are 2,500 × 1,000 × 1,500 mm.
The gallery combines the exact-model complete machine image with native frames from one real production run: the film path and controls, two clear jars entering the sealing station and the finished foil membrane on the sample jar. No mechanical geometry was redrawn and no supplier logo was added. Final output, power, tooling and lidding material must still be validated with actual samples.

FAQ
Is this an electromagnetic induction sealer?
No. It unwinds roll film and thermally seals it to the container rim; cap-liner induction sealing is a different process.
Can it seal square containers?
The exact-model catalogue supports custom square and rectangular containers, but actual samples are required to define positioning, tooling and film cutting.
Is 1,000-1,500 bottles/hour guaranteed?
It is the catalogue reference for a one-out-of-four configuration. Actual output depends on container size, film, sealing time, loading and line integration.
