Product Description
The Automatic Granule Combination-Weigher Filling Machine combines an elevator, multihead combination weigher, central discharge, rotary receiving station and conveyor. The weigher selects a suitable hopper combination for the target weight before discharging the granules into an indexed container.
All three images on this page are native crops from the same real production line and the same operating video. They show the complete weighing-and-filling machine, real granules moving across the weighing pans, and a jar filled during that run. No other machine configuration is mixed in, and no mechanical structure was redrawn.
Configuration depends on particle size, flowability, target fill weight, permitted deviation, container opening, container height and required output. Fragile, sticky, dusty or highly variable materials should be tested with actual product and containers before the hopper, contact surface, discharge opening and dust-control design are finalized.
