Product Description
The YIJIA YJ-0109 is an inline can overturning and transfer module. A controlled turning mechanism changes the orientation of each round can and transfers it into the next operation. Applications can include orientation changes around empty-can cleaning, filling, seaming, coding, inspection or case packing.
All three images are conservative crops from one native 1920×1080 operating run: the complete working module, a can entering the turning station and the resulting output orientation. Only overlay bands were excluded and the source pixels were proportionally reduced. Machine geometry was not reconstructed, no YIJIA logo was pasted onto the equipment, and no low-resolution source was enlarged and represented as HD.
Selection cannot be based on diameter alone. Provide can diameter and height, empty or filled condition, weight, center of gravity, permitted contact zones, required turning angle, infeed pitch, target rate and adjacent conveyor heights. Final acceptance is based on a continuous trial with actual cans.
