Product Description
The YIJIA YJ-0078 is an automatic metal can flanging machine. Can bodies enter a rotary indexing wheel, are positioned beneath the forming station, and return to the downstream conveyor after the rim is formed. It is intended for round metal cans requiring rim preparation before filling or seaming.
All three images come from one native 1920×1080 operating record: the rotary indexing and flanging station, a can body positioned under the forming tooling, and the formed rim from the same run. The source logo and caption were excluded only by right and lower boundary crops, followed by proportional reduction. No machine, tooling or can-rim pixels were reconstructed, and no YIJIA logo was overlaid.
Tooling depends on can diameter and height, wall thickness, material and coating, incoming rim condition and target profile. Provide drawings and actual can samples together with upstream/downstream interface requirements. Production acceptance should cover rim dimensions, roundness, cracks, coating damage, jams and sustained cycle rate.
