The YIJIA YJ-0044 automatically applies pressure-sensitive labels to stable flat upper surfaces; configuration is confirmed with the actual pack, label roll and continuous target rate.
Product Description
The YIJIA YJ-0044 is an automatic pressure-sensitive labeling machine for top surfaces. A product sensor triggers label feed as the pack reaches the application position. The peel plate separates the label from its liner, after which the applicator rolls it onto the upper surface.
The main image is a complete catalog photograph of the same defined machine configuration. The operation and output images are taken from an official native 1920×1080 run and show the label web through the peel/application assembly and a real label applied to a flat pack. Retained pixels contain no source manufacturer logo, URL, phone number or promotional watermark. No frame, label head, conveyor or output pixels were reconstructed, and no YIJIA logo was overlaid.
Performance depends on product geometry, surface flatness, conveying attitude, label stock, release liner, label size and target rate. Project confirmation therefore uses the actual pack and a production label roll to test position, bubbles, wrinkles, lifted edges, missing labels and double application at the required continuous speed.

FAQ
Which products suit top-surface labeling?
Cartons, flat pouches, cards and other products that convey stably with a flat upper surface, subject to actual-product trials.
Why is the production label roll required?
Label stock, size, gap, release liner, winding direction and core all affect dispensing and sensing.
What is checked during acceptance?
Label position, bubbles, wrinkles, lifted edges, missing or double labels and sustained operating rate.
