YIJIA YJ-0050 Four-Station Multi-Shape Bowl and Container Sealer uses a 2-by-2 four-cavity slide mold, four independent temperature controllers, a central touchscreen, blue guard and twin film rolls. Configuration is confirmed from actual containers, film, product and acceptance criteria.
Product Description
The YJ-0050 Four-Station Multi-Shape Bowl and Container Sealer is designed for roll-film heat sealing of bowls, boxes and other customized container shapes. The operator loads four containers into the 2-by-2 slide mold. The programmed cycle moves the mold into the guarded area, seals and cuts the film, handles the waste film and returns the finished containers.
All three images on this page are native frames from the same YJ-0050 machine and the same real operating run. The main image shows four temperature controllers, the central touchscreen, blue guard, twin film rolls and complete cabinet. The operation image shows four rectangular bowls in the four-cavity mold, while the sample image shows a peel inspection of the transparent seal film. No different controller count or tooling configuration is mixed in, and no mechanical structure was reconstructed.
Final tooling and process settings depend on the container opening profile, flange width, container height, container and lidding materials, product condition, seal strength and appearance criteria. Actual empty containers, lidding film and product should be trialed before the mold, temperature, dwell and pressure window are finalized.

FAQ
How many bowls can the machine seal in one cycle?
The configuration shown has a 2-by-2 four-cavity mold for four containers per cycle. Tooling must be made to the actual container dimensions.
Can round bowls, square boxes and custom shapes use the same machine?
Different shapes can be evaluated, but each profile and size normally requires matching tooling and new temperature, dwell and pressure confirmation.
What is required for a sealing trial?
Provide actual empty containers, lidding film, product, opening and flange dimensions, seal-strength criteria and appearance requirements.
